Information you choose to share

When you book a Clarity Call through Calendly, you may provide your name, email address, scheduling preferences, and answers to booking questions. Information you share by email or phone may include contact details and your housing goals. This information is used to respond to your inquiry, arrange your appointment, and discuss your requested services.

This website does not currently offer a message submission form or a website account. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, identification documents, or other sensitive financial information through ordinary email or booking notes.

Website analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and website activity. Google may collect information such as pages viewed, browser and device details, referral information, approximate location, and identifiers stored in cookies. The website also records a booking-completion event when the embedded Calendly calendar confirms a scheduled appointment. That event does not include the name, email address, or booking answers in the website's analytics event.

Analytics loads when you visit the website; there is currently no on-site cookie consent selector. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings, although some third-party features may not work as expected. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Calendly and other service providers

The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. Loading or using it may allow Calendly and its service providers to collect device, usage, and booking information under Calendly's Privacy Notice. You can also use the direct Calendly link instead of scheduling within this website.

Website hosting, image delivery, and external fonts require requests to service providers that may receive technical information such as an IP address and browser request details. Email and phone communications are handled through the corresponding communication providers. Links to social media and other websites lead to services governed by their own privacy policies.

Retention and security

Information handled by Google, Calendly, hosting, and communication services is subject to those providers' settings and retention practices. Information shared in a housing-services relationship may also be subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law and recordkeeping obligations. For information held independently by a third-party service, consult that service's privacy notice and request process.
